Focussing primarily on high- and medium-volume search terms with exact and broad match type, we managed to gain visibility in the niche and to win market share. We paused all keywords we were not converting for.

Through authentic sponsored brand video ads, the products could stand out in the market and the sales skyrocketed. Using real-life examples to showcase the brand was a game changer.

In order to get TACOS under 15%, we needed to keep an eye on the ad spend. We could only focus on that after the products were already well-established in the market. After slightly reducing ad spend, ACOS and TACOS improved, and so did the profit margin.

The Result

We went from €0 to €100k overall sales after only 2 months of advertising this brand. Although the products kept running out of stock, we reached €165k overall sales in a 6 month-window.

Growing sales is in the majority of the cases connected with increasing ad spend, which is what happened in the first months. However, in order to reach our TACOS goal, we needed to keep a more constant ad spend and to improve the profit margin.

Within a one-month time, we managed to increase the profit margin from 11,34% to 16,04%. (Update March 2024: Profit Margin 18.05%)

We launched new aggressive campaigns with the focus on our best converting keywords with Match Type “exact match”. To avoid interference, we removed older ads with identical keywords, ensuring a clean slate for the new campaigns.
